Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen textiles, serveware, or food-contact items cannot be returned.

Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
