Refund policy

At Whisk & Willow, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen textiles, serveware, or food-contact items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here] with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
