Shipping policy

At Whisk & Willow, we take care to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Because some of our pieces are handmade or studio-produced, shipping times may vary.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Select items may ship directly from our U.S. warehouse, while others may be produced in our studio in Ukraine.

Dinnerware Production & Lead Times

  • Some of our dinnerware is produced in our studio in Ukraine.

  • Lead time for these made-to-order items is typically 1–4 weeks, unless the item is available for immediate delivery from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Each handcrafted piece is worth the wait and will be shipped as soon as it is ready.

Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
